I use the smallest for my tragus. It's perfect! I had the hoop it was pierced with for about 4 years and wanted a small, tasteful stud. This definitely fit the bill! This earring is perfect for my tragus earhole. The size is just right. The stud is just right for the area too. The flat backing sits comfortably inside my ear. I can now wear my earbuds whenever I listen to music without he earbuds pushing on the earring. The only thing I don't like is that the prongs that holds the stud snags on my winter hats and beanies. I would find small shreds of yarn wrapped around the stud from time to time. I need to inspect the earring daily to make sure nothing gets caught because I don't want to get an infection.
