This stuff is magic. Like others I tried many expensive things to draw my cat back to the litter box. She got a uti and started peeing on my bathroom floor and would not go back to the box. I finally said what the heck I'll give this a try even though it looks like overpriced catnip. Low and behold it worked like a charm. It smells like herbs but not necessarily catnip. I don't care though because my cat took to it immediately. I just sprinkled some on top of my Pretty Litter and it worked like magic. One can seems like it will last me a very long time but when I run out I will purchase again.

Maybe I had to use a higher amount for the litter box, but I haven't noticed any benefit from using this attractant.

I rescued a very young kitten so she didn't have mom to teach her how to dig and it wasn't coming to her intuitively either.

I did everything recommended: Using a low-cut carton as a litter box to make it more accessible, putting the box in a dark corner, using kitten-safe litter, sitting patiently with her and gently moving her paws myself in a digging motion, having her watch my other adult cat use the big litter box, placing her poops in the box so she could smell that that's where it goes, I even got so desperate that I"¦ Put the kitty in front of my tablet and had her watch videos of cats using litter boxes. She attentively watched, but she just wasn't getting it. She would play in the litter box but that's as far as it went. Nothing worked. For a good month, I was sanitizing the floor and mopping daily because she'd pee/poop in random spots. I had seen this product before but didn't think I'd ever need it because kittens are typically pretty intuitive and don't need the extra help. I finally bought it and poured a generous amount into her box and then I placed the kitty in the box so she could smell it. I checked the box a few hours later and was so happy to see that IT WORKED! When I changed the litter, I purposely didn't put any powder to see if she'd still use it and she did. She hasn't had any issues since. I highly recommend this product!

I switched to the litter robot and one of my cats was terrified to use it but once I put this in the litter he came around and I haven't had a problem since.
