Great taste!

The crust is thin, so it gets nice and crispy. It is small though. So it would be good if it was a couple of inches bigger. Great for a pizza for one!
Best tasting GF pizza crust

I've purchased the GF pizza at AZZIP pizza locally, and this is the crust they use. It's absolutely the best tasting GF frozen pizza crust! I wish you could purchase in smaller quantities since it has a 6 Month freezer date.
Better Than 90% of Pizzeria GF Crusts

It is becoming somewhat more common to find acceptable gluten-free pizza, and one of the reasons is that many pizzerias use this very same crust from Venice Bakery. I have used both a wood-fired oven and a pizza stone with excellent results. Just make sure to use plenty of heat (425-550 degrees F) and cook until the edges are on the verge of burning, for a crispy crust that no one would ever guess was gluten-free. They are really that good. My only preference would be a larger circumference, so I wouldn't have to cook as many.
Great taste. Damaged product.

Best Gluten Free Crusts I've Tried

My wife and son are gluten free. I'm not. Still, I use gluten free products in the house whenever I can to keep them safe. Over the years I've tried every gluten free pizza crust available, including making my own from scratch. As with every other gluten free bread product I've ever had the crusts were edible but not enjoyable.
Venice Bakery Crusts have changed that. They're delicious and firm and crispy if baked properly, not hard and chewy. I also love the fact that they come in a box with 24 crusts and at a very reasonable price. Grocery store gluten free crusts are pricey and are nothing like the crusts served in your local pizza shop.
I keep these in the freezer downstairs, and anytime I'm in the mood for a homemade pizza, which is often, I'm good to go. The 10 inch size is perfect for one person with a good appetite or two with more modest appetites.
As long as Venice Bakery keeps making these crusts, I'll always have them in my freezer.
