I've used Sweetex since 1978. This is the first time I ordered from this place. This stuff is so gritty. Too late for me to get more. I never thought I would have to worry about ordering 50 pounds of messed up shortening. I'm going to find out what's gritty in this product and if it's safe to eat.

I won't run out for a while.
