It was great for first three days of vacation - light, not bulky construction, perfect for kids, who want freedom in water. On the thirs day main part deflated due to rips around lock belts on both sides. So other three weeks of vacation we had to hold the child. I just put rubber glue around leaking area, i hope we can squeeze another week out of it. My advice: take rubber glue with you on vc.
Not bad, but not the best option for peace of mind (especially if you live with a cat).

These worked ok for a little while. My 3-year-old daughter had a slight difficulty keeping herself upright with them, but I imagine user error played its part in that and - strictly supervised - there was no major difficulty. The thin plastic was a bit of a concern, but (and, apart from the price point, the main reason I went for this specific product) the double-chamber construction of each float gave some peace of mind.
Ours met their end one day, about 2 weeks after their arrival, with a pin-hole leak. I imagine what happened was my cat may have walked across them when they were deflated on my desk. However it happened, the pin-hole leak rendered them useless. I reckon I could have patched them with some water-proof tape, but I opted, instead, to throw down a bit more cash and buy one of those 'puddle jumper' life vests... and I've never looked back, as those are exactly the 'fire and forget, no self-stability issues' sort of thing I was looking for in regards to toddler pool safety.
So yes... these are great if thriftiness is a main concern and you don't cohabitate with a cat. Otherwise, there are better $20 options.
