Fits FG830 Perfect

The product came in a big box with no additional padding and I became immediately worried that the freight company would have banged it up. But, it came out of the box in great condition. I have a new Yamaha FG830 and it fit in the case like a glove. It's exactly what I needed and it seems of pretty good quality including 4 latches, one of which is locking in the event you have the need.

I have a Fender 3/4 classical guitar and it fit perfectly. Case is very well made. Padding makes it seem almost as hard as a hard case. I would not hesitate to put this in my car with other luggage. It will take moderate abuse. The backpack straps are padded and comfortable and adjustable. The outside zippered pocket will fit a standard spiral notebook and a few small items. The sale price is amazing for this quality bag.

recd case appears brand new, is Tight fit on sides for yamaha fg830: it rubs on the lining/felt of case. I don't want this to scratch the finish of my guitar. I cannot understand how at least 3 reviewers specified that this case fits fg830 yamaha acoustic guitar?
I also have an acoustic/electric 12 string washburn that fits perfectly in this case with room on the sides unlike the yamaha acoustic.
Feel free to comment on this review esp. if you have an fg830 yamaha acoustic guitar that fits in this ag1-hc case.

Structurally it holds up ok. The outside though scuffs some and as long as you have enough hipster stickers on it you should be good. It fits on some airplanes, but holds up well in cargo too. Actually a great case for the amount of abuse I put it though.
