Wouldve been a nice product if it stayed together

Box was open when it arrived. 90 percent of the stone was broken off. Wouldve been a nice product if it stayed together. This thing is a piece of junk
Broken tiles everywhere

HORRIBLE experience, I received this late, and was completely damaged the tiles were falling off on all sides and it came with NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to assemble

I would give this a higher rating but all of the tiles in the front of the fireplace were off or broken. I had to reinstall them using tile adhesive. I hope they stay. This is my second one and the same thing happened to the first one I purchased. You think I would have learned my lesson.

I really love it. It shipped out fast, looks great. I converted it to propane. For $80 bucks, I purchased a replacement burner/basin/bowl and lava rocks for my fire pit table and installed it into this fireplace. I had to buy a rubber extension hose so I could put the propane tank behind the fireplace. It works great. ;)
