Bag are 11" wide and 12 1/2" tall. You can iron on a design with transfer paper. They are a light tan color. Handles are cheap but they are $1 a bag and will hold up just fine for a toddler. I am using them for treat holders at my son's 4th Birthday. Great size for kids 2 to 6 ish to hold candy! Pleased with the purchase. Yes there are some loose threads but not enough to even brother cutting them.
