Well worth the investment. I have been through several whip cream dispensers and this product is well worth spending extra on. I love that it does not come with a cheap plastic cracker and instead the product is heavy duty for commercial grade use. I turned on my heavy duty garbage disposal and thoroughly destroyed some parts of my Otis Classic I emailed them to ask if I could purchase replacement parts, and was pleasantly surprised when they were shipped to me! Especially as my problem was due entirely to my own error, I am impressed and a loyal customer for life. These things will make great gifts.

Due to an amazingly rare quirk, my unit did not function at all when it arrived. When I contacted customer service, immediately rectify the matter, sent me a brand-new unit without delay, and really did not require any confirmation on my part that there was even a problem. because my issue was so unusual, I volunteered to send them a picture which I did. I am changing my rating 285 stars as a result of the outstanding customer service that I received even in the face of a preliminary problem.

Ive had my dispenser for 4 months and love it. Great construction, sturdy and east to use. When my my seal/ring was tossed I was crushed. I emailed Otis Classic and within hours had a response and had a new seal on its way. I highly recommend this product and company for its outstanding customer service.
Disappointed at first, but now I am HAPPY!

Whipped cream leaks out of the top...UPDATE: The seller contacted me and immediately took care of the problem. Now I love the whipper, and am so impressed with the customer service.
