Great Tent and Tunnel, not so much Ball Pit

First off - use caution when unpacking this item - it's spring loaded - keep face and children away from it.
The tunnel between the tent and the ball pit is only attached in 2 places, so it's not an air-tight connection. If you use it as a play pen with tunnel and tent, this item is great. If you are actually planning to use the ball-pit, good luck - the balls will go all over the place - the opening for the tunnel from the ball-pit is too low and the seal between the tunnel and the ball-pit is non-existent, so the balls will spill out.

I did my research to find the best possible product for my almost two-year-old. I looked up all possible play tent tunnel and ran across this one with great reviews and decided to give it a try. When I opened up the package, everything was good until I spotted the bleeding of colors onto the white areas. Another thing to keep in mind is that there are two straps to secure each part of the tunnel to the tent and ball pit but that is not enough to keep the balls inside. My main concern is that the straps will break eventually. There could be an option for more colors as well!

The product I recieved popped open nicely but was dirty and the whites sides were stained red 3/4 high!!! It looked like it got wet and bled. For almost $40 I expected better. I got this for my sons first birthday and am embarrassed to use it because of the staining.

I was really excited to purchase this product because my toddler loves balls and tunnels. I found the product to be okay but really needs some improvements. I hate the way that the ball pit attaches to the tunnel and the tunnel attaches to the tent. It attaches by merely connecting two elastics one on the top and one at the bottom. The problem I find with this design is that it's sloppy and there are holes/spaces open all around the opening area... so all the balls in the ball pit fall out of the holes/spaces into the outside of the play tent/tunnel/ball pit structure. It's really a bummer.

I got this for my two boys for Christmas (ages 4 and almost 2). It is nice that it folds up into a small case when you aren't using it so it doesn't take up a lot of room. Both boys enjoyed the tent, tunnel, and ball pot portions of this and played with it crawling in and out and all around. I would have given it more stars, but the tunnel's connection to the ball pit is pretty weak and allows for the balls to roll out and go everywhere. There is a small loop and hook for the top and bottom, but it is loose so it doesn't always stay together. I found a way to securely put the loops and hooks together but the balls still go out on the sides.
