Why doesn't every espresso machine come with this?

This is the perfect size for steaming milk in the morning. The size that came with the espresso machine is just a little too small. This pitcher also goes through the dishwasher just fine, which I find essential for everything I use in the kitchen.

I needed a steaming pitcher that was able to steam enough milk for two 16 oz coffees. This steaming pitcher does this job! I will say that I have to fill up the pitcher pretty close to the top and because of this, I always end up spilling milk trying to get the pitcher out from under my steaming wand. However, this is more my coffee makers clearance, not the pitchers fault.
