Leaks
Gabfab•July 27, 2017
I bought this to replace one given to me as a gift 9 years ago (brand unknown) which was finally starting to go. I have only used it 3 times and it is already leaking CO2. It also had some small scratches on the outside when I received it, but that is not as big a deal to me as the fact that it leaks. I'm pretty sure the leaking gas is the reason why I still have water in the bottom of the container each time I use it.

The instructions are Terrible! The paper in the box contradicts the side ...

The instructions are Terrible! The paper in the box contradicts the side of the box. There was NO indication what the "tool" is used for - why are there 2 cartridge nozzles - one silver and one black? I figured out the tool and the insert - measured 1000ml of water, put the long tube in and fastened the top. I even found a video to see how to do it. I tried twice and the cartridge just blew ALL the water out of the nozzle and emptied the contents of the bottle in the sink and all the gas leaked out. I thought spending a little more on the stainless steel would be worth it, but the unit is defective.

A fun way to make seltzer

I've had the Inovee soda siphon for a few days and use it frequently. It is easy to use. I find that it runs out of soda water pretty quickly, about two servings, but is easy to reload. I recommend it.
