Works ok for mixing protein shake but the base that mounts to the wall cracked when trying to install, so now I get to hunt it in the drawer of lost utensils.
Update...stopped working, replaced batteries and still nothing. Pretty bad for only having it a little over a week

This little item is a handy kitchen gadget. It takes no storage space and can froth coffees, hot chocolate drinks in an evening in an instant. It arrived promptly and was an excellent value.

I used it 3 times and it stopped working. So disappointed
Update: I too was contacted by seller. At the time I bought the mixer I was traveling quite a bit and I'm not now. I wanted it for my Bulletproof coffee. They sent me out a new one a couple of weeks ago and I have not had a chance to try it. I give 5 stars for customer service. The new one has a travel bag for it. So that is a definite plus. Also better instructions. I have to look for the old because I bought it last Feb. I do drink Bullet proof hot chocolate so I'll try it for that. I'll update this review when I have used it several times. I put batteries in the old and did not work and the same batteries worked in the new.

May Be Too Small For Thick Foods Such As Mayonnaise

This immersible blender is small and efficient, perfect for mixing drinks and the like. It hangs handily on the wall using the accessory holder it comes with. It is slim, lightweight and very whirs with great speed.
