Great for Drive rollators.
William H.•June 23, 2017
The wheels work well on my Drive rollators with 7.5 " wheels. On the back you can replace original wheels with the off-road wheels simply by using a longer 5/16 bolt and adjusting the brakes for the larger 8 inch tire. On the front the off road wheel does not fit between the upright support (fork). However, you can attach the off road by using a longer 5/16 " bolt and mounting it on the inside or outside of the upright support. You can leave the narrow tire if you want even though it it doesn't touch the floor, or you can remove it and simply attach the off road on the outside or inside of the upright supports, I left the 7.5 wheels on the front of my model No. 10257RD-1, Drive Medical Four Wheel Rollator and mounted the off-road wheel on the inside of the supportfork. I did remove the front 7.5" tire and put an off-road wheel on each side of the upright on the Drive Medical Winnie Lite Supreme Aluminum Three Wheel Rollator. I mounted the off-road on the back wheels of the Drive Winnie lite by using 5/16" longer bolts and adjusted the brakes for the larger tires.
This set-up is much safer than just using four off-road wheels on a regular walker without brakes. You need to be somewhat mechanically inclined, but its pretty easy to use longer bolts and adjust the brakes for the off-road wheels. It took me less than 30 minutes to make the change on each rollator. It really makes a difference for using the rollator on the lawn, gravel roads, etc..Overall I am happy with the conversion and the front wheel modifications does' look to funky.

I felt unsafe using my four-wheeled walker--it slipped aground too much. My two-wheeled walker gives me much more support. I bought these wheels so I could use a two-wheeled walker outside. I am completely satisfied. I was not able to install the big sleds they provide. I am using small sleds instead, and they work just fine.
Just the thing for out of door use

Makes my walker more stable over rough pavement and lawns. The tinney wheels that come with walkers are fine in doors on tile, carpet and hardwood floors, but unsuitable outside. These wheels are just the ticket for walking round the hood, at the mall or on a picnic. I haven't used the skids yet because the skids I had are fine. These skids look to be too large and might cause me to step on them. When my old skids wear out, I'll try these.
I can use the walker much more comfortably outside - even over rough terrain

These wheels and skids turned my walker into a much more versatile piece of equipment. I can use the walker much more comfortably outside - even over rough terrain. I would recommend this product.
