They feel pretty sturdy. I haven't gotten to they them out yet of course, but I feel in an emergency it would be helpful. The handle is plastic to make it lighter, but it's a harder plastic. The one thing that confused me was the little holder/mount the tool came in. I can see no way to mount or stick it anywhere that it will actually stay in my vehicle so I put it in my center console. Not sure if the holder was actually meant to mount anywhere or not. If I manage to get myself a window or seatbelt to test out, I will update my review.
I gave one of my set of two to a family member. She then later asked me to buy her two four packs for eight in total. Her plan was to give them as gifts. However, only four showed up and not the eight in total"¦ I can find no way to contact them and alert them to the mistake. It seems to be a good product, but trying to figure out how to contact them for small mistakes as this is most certainly another obstacle!

I purchased one of these for each driver in my family. These are amazing little gadgets that can save lives! It can break windows, cut seatbelts and several other things. I'm my opinion I sleep a lot better knowing I have this.
