Just okay. I'm with other buyers that the instructions were not clearly written and we also had to make it work.
Husband had to drill pilot holes in the aluminum to secure the straps with because the self tapping screws it comes with are a joke. I understand not wanting to interfere with the structural integrity of the rods but there should be more holes drilled into it so the consumer can more easily attach the straps.
The connection onto my pool is a bit wobbly as well.
It reels up and stores the solor cover fine. But you get what you pay for I suppose.

Not really sure what all of the negative reviews are about, this was very easy to assemble, maybe 30 minutes by myself. Very convenient to be able to manage the cover and keep it off the ground. It also happens to be the only option for intex style pools, so at least it works well.

Great item had a part missing contacted the company through amazon they should have a phone number received missing part about a week later should have been overnighted dead in the water without the part I needed. So it does not seize on you take it apart add a little grease put it it together was a little mind boggling really need a tape measure and you will be fine got it set up the way I want love it pool 16 x 32 it does bend a little in the middle but I built a support for the middle of it I recommend it for the price you can not beat it

Purchased this for a round pool and set it up on the end via 4x4 posts and top caps to accommodate the reel footings. The reel is of good quality minus the dent from shipping (one star removed) unknown until setup which was a bummer but has not affected the performance yet. The reel posts are made of plastic which is why I removed another star because they are flimsy and when reeling in the solar cover you have to hold the plastic post under the handle to avoid it from bending. They should have been made of metal not plastic.
