Great as a soda syrup when mixed with seltzer, and also good when stirred into sliced berries.

Not too sweet, tastes like actual blackberries were used to make this. When I make berry shortcake I usually mix a teaspoon of sugar into the berries to help pull the juices from the berries. Using this syrup does the same thing but adds a really good flavor - it isn't the fake tasting "razzberry" kind of flavor. It really tastes like blackberries - the full complex flavor of blackberries.

Delicious, just wish it came in a glass bottle. Real blackberry juice from concentrate: 12% elderberry juice from concentrate.
