I was pleasantly surprise that these case kept our cell phones dry. The under water pictures were okay. And the pictures taken out of the water were okay in the beginning. After a couple of hours in the case, the pictures had a little haze to them. These are not for taking framable pictures, but to keep your phone dry while recording fun times. My daughter also put her phone in a case for hiking near a creek. I recommend this product. (the first picture is under water. Second is in the case, out of water.
