Perfect for beginner musicians

I'm an intermediate woodworker and a neophyte musician. I found this kit easy to assemble and easy enough to learn to play. Having built it myself created an instant bond with my instrument that encourages me to practice. Having been intimidated by the idea of learning an instrument my whole life, the canjo is unassuming enough that I'm actually having fun playing it.
