I bought this same purse several years ago and still have it. But it's a little worn, so I decided to buy another one. I bought one in June 2023. About a week ago (October 2023), the main zipper broke. I contacted customer service and they are going to refund my purchase to my gift card. I ordered another purse in the meantime and will see how it holds up! I love the old purse and have taken on several trips. Hoping the new one holds up as well!

My red bag had been through the wash so many times that it was time to find a new bag. Luckily the same bag was still available and so this time I got it in purple. This bag has plenty of pockets so that everything - keys, wallet, etc. - has its own place. So no digging through a mix of stuff to find one item. My red bag was at least five years old. Used almost every day. I had a few other bags that I could switch to but never as practical or comfortable as the Travelon. I think I'll buy one more in case they decide to stop making them. Just have to decide on a color - that's the hardest part of the transaction because they are all good!

I don't like carrying a purse though I needed something more than a cinch sack to use while on vacation and not as cumbersome as a backpack. I was somewhat skeptical to purchase an item online without viewing it in person but I'm so glad I did. This was by far one of the best purchases I've made! I used the purse all day long while away from home. This included needed security while carrying important items on a ship, doing the tourist thing, shopping, flying, etc. Very comfortable to wear and easy to use. The anti-theft features were an added bonus. 5-star for me!

Size & dimensions are perfect for me, with useful compartments. However, there are 2 minor issues: 1) the strap does not lie flat; it is a bit twisty due to the interior cable (which was probably sewn in with a bit of a twist), and 2) you have to fully unzip the main compartment to access the key strap. Yet, I likes this bag enough to purchase a second fror my autistic sister, who is VERY tough on bags! Her last Travelon lasted 6 years, which is amazing given the abuse it got! (Still functional, no holes or tears, just stained beyond redemption - no more light colored bags for her!)

I wanted something small that had the security features I needed so I could wear it crossbody and not have to worry about thieves. This cute bag fits the bill! I got it in black because, you know, black goes with everything. The strap is adjustable so you can make it as long as you'd like, and there is plenty of room for my phone, keys, passport, credit cards, drivers license, etc. in the zipper-locked compartments. There is a zipper compartment on the front that doesn't lock, but its a perfect spot for lipstick/chapstick - easily accessible things that you don't need to lock up. Plus, its so light! I'm 5'3 and petite and I am so over carrying a big bag around. Simple and light is the way I want to travel. Can't wait to use this in Europe!!
