Cheap finish, but functional.

Item arrived quickly and appears to be functional. I purchased the red socket since the price was lower than usual and I wanted a socket I could easily discern from my normal ones. The socket was shipped in a mailing envelope. It was inside a zip lok bag along with the socket adapter. Unfortunately, it appears the two items together in the bag caused the paint to chip off of the socket. Realistically, it seems the color finish on this socket is not robust to withstand normal everyday use and most likely will chip off entirely. Maybe the ones offered by other retailers have a stronger finish or maybe I received a customer return (due to the low price). The bag containing the items was in rough shape as well. I wouldn't pay extra for the colored sockets as they'll soon be silver.

Cool tool can be used to rotate unusual shapes had a bolt that was rounded. Cut two sides off and used this to get it out. Just wish the pins could sink deeper into socket.
