I measured water on a scale to see if the ml would match the grams, which it should. The larger units were pretty good, but the smaller ones were off. Not by much, but when you are trying to measure something with such a small unit of measure, you are expecting great accuracy. Slightly more than 3 ml of water (3.1 ml), for example, measured 2.86 grams. My gram scale is very accurate. I started with a dry cylinder.
I'd say that, if you're not doing real science, these should work just fine. They are close enough.
I put some clear packing tape over the graduations, to prevent them from washing off, since others said that they come off with washing.
