Amazing easy to use took less then 5 mins to apply to my boot used it that day in self defense training as a teaching aid and it made a large impact on everyone in the class. They all asked me for the link to order one had one guy who is a police officer wanting to buy two black ones for his police issue combat boots.

At first i was skeptical of buying this but when i asked my friend (who happened to own a pair)to kick me to see if it would actually do any damage...i immediately changed my mine. If you have little to no martial arts experience i highly reccomend buying the kuba kickz. I wear black shoes and the black kuba kickz blend in quite nicely (it just me makes me look like a punk rocker).

I've had my eyes on this item for a while and finally broke down and bought two- be aware they're sold singly. Sturdy, fairly discreet at just a cursory glance. And hopeful that I never really have to use them. I tapped my son's shin with them on and much to his dismay/my delight, he was not pleased with even that little bit of force!

These are a fun little gadget. Though if not used with proper footwear it could work just as well against yourself by breaking the top of your foot. These work well with w slightly heavier tongued shoe (softening impact points on the kicking foot) also not a fight ender but if applied in the right area a very effective tool for bringing down an opponent. (applied force + refined strike area= exponential damage)
