I love my new quilt it has so many different colors. after a recent 2nd stay in the hospital in a month I decided I needed something vibrant and uplifting and this did the trick. I have a queen size bed and ordered the king size. The only drawback is the pillow shams are also king size but it doesn't seem to matter in the appearance.
I suggest washing this quilt before you put it on your bed as it does have a chemical smell to it as most new fabrics do that are new. I might add after washing it made it much softer. It washed very well I found no holes loose threads etc or any damage whatsoever to this bedspread. I highly recommend this bedspread. I am giving this 5 stars as I love the colors. I did purchase red sheets and pillowcases and when it's time to change my bed I will put those on it and I'm sure it will look even more vibrant.
If you like lots of colors and the patchwork style (which this truly is patchwork) this is a must-buy for you.
I might add the same exact bedspread was over $400 at a different retailer. So I suggest shopping on Amazon first.

I've purchased several quilts from Greenland Home and this one is lighter weight, more stiff and had a slight chemical odor when opened. Just facts, I still like it, I'm in FL so lightweight is better. I have a tall queen bed with a 12 inch mattress and got the king. I turned it sideways so it's perfect length on sides but I can cover pillows like a bedspread. Shams are big enough to accommodate puffy or thick king pillows. Not my favorite purchase but with 6 cats, 4 dogs and a 5 yr old I'll get my money's worth lol.

When I went looking, I didn't find another log cabin quilt at all, so this was the one I ordered. I wanted dark colors because I have pets. This more than satisfies that expectation. The quality is great - it is actual patchwork, not just printed on a single layer of fabric, and then it's swirl quilted over everything, to make it extra secure. My mother used to make log cabin quilts, and won ribbons at fairs with her quilts, so I know quality when I see it. This one is thin and relatively lightweight, but warm. It will be ideal in summer, and with an extra blanket between the quilt and sheets, will be warm enough for the colder months, as well.

I got the king size 5-piece set, because I have a queen size bed, but it's on a frame that makes it pretty high off the ground, and I wanted the fabric to hang down on the sides enough to make it look really nice. The pillowcases that came with this were so enormous that I could make a dress for myself out of the fabric, if I wanted to - I have never seen, much less owned pillows that large. But in the end, I laid them over the foot-rail of my bed frame, because my little dog dings her legs on the rail, and I keep it cushioned and covered to keep her from becoming injured or uncomfortable because of it. So those pillowcases went to good use, and worked well because they are so large.

I like the throw pillows, although they are a little bit flat for my taste, but they still look nice, and I like the fact that this bedding is a combination of two almost opposing colors (burgundy and teal) so that you can coordinate everything to match both (i.e. I got a burgundy dust ruffle for the bed, and also have a burgundy velvety/furry blanket I put over the bedding for extra protection from my dog, who likes to dig before she lays down, but got light teal sheets, have teal curtains, and have teal rugs). I am very happy with my purchase.

I love this quilt I got!!! the only thing I would ding it for is the brightness of the color ... the foto was bright online and I thought it had navy blue in it but it was paisley down by the bottom so online it looked like one color and that was navy. IT works well tho!!

I ordered the queen. It has a nice drape on either side of our bed. We live in the south where it's hot most of the year. This quilt is a light-medium weight. I don't get hot! Beautiful colors and it's reversible! I'm very pleased with the quality of this quilt. The pillow shams tie in the back. My husband helped me in finding a new quilt for our bed. He likes it too.
