So far so good. I bought this to hold my iPhone 6S while using the GPS. Works perfectly. Magnet is more than strong enough to hold the phone with no problems and the mount positions the phone perfectly in my Toyota Tacoma in a great hands-free, viewing position. The USB port(s) kept my phone charged for the whole trip....another plus as GPS is a power hog. However, I wanted to use this on a recent vacation and the mount would not fit properly at all in the power socket in our rental car. ...a Mazda 3. In that respect, it will be hit or miss for some people. Overall, very satisfied.

This is very sturdy and holds the phone without effort. It comes with the metal plates that fit in the phone cover easily. I've ordered other similar products that the arm eventually loosens and sags. Not a problem with this product.
