Very adorable. Came just as pictured. Very cute head band. Runs a bit small. Ordered a 2/3t for my daughter who turns 2 in a month and there's not much growing room at all. As far a quality, I don't know how it will hold up over time, it seems pretty thin. We really just wanted it for her mermaid themed birthday party.
