I just opened it yesterday and we've gone through a quarter of the box - yes I mean the bulk box. Two people. The flu is going around so we've been brothing, making soup. It tastes so yummy. Really great with mushrooms. I'm a big fan of soups and broths. It's winter in Vermont so everything is cold. I watch my food intake and do a ton of working out - just yoga really but hot yoga, so I sweat. Therefore salty broths are perfect. They're filling and they're delicious. I've tried other liquid broth concentrates like Trader Joes' ... oh not good. These are quality. Except I am trying to switch to just sea salt so I may not re-order.
