This case does a really good job of keeping reeds flat as they dry. However, the foam that presses the reeds onto the glass can be fairly airtight on the table of the reed which holds the moisture on the reeds. In my experience this causes slight molding on the reeds, especially in more humid times of the year. In dryer climates this would probably not be as big of a factor. The case does have vents on the sides so I recommend keeping it in a humidity controlled environment for the best results. Overall a well made case with good hardware. Would buy again.

I love this case, it's awesome and can hold more than 10 reeds. It's worked beautifully for me. I love its slim size and it's also mold-free. It's my favorite case by far.
