Expired p.h calibration solutions

Awesome pen. Bummed that all the calibration solutions were expired by a year by the time I received it from Amazon.

The unit works fine but the instructions leave things open to interpretation. You need to hold calibrate multiple times for each ph... "repeat 2->4" to me means step 2 then 4...but it's supposed to be "repeat steps 2,3,4"
Even if you do it right having to press calibrate while it fluctuates is annoying and should be automatic.
Why do I even need to press enter at all?? It should detect its stable and automatically calibrate and request another ph.. Not make me press anything which risks unstability and a test that never ends... N who was the genius who made the unhold/unlock button the calibrate button?? So if it auto holds in cal mode if I press enter/cal which normally goes to the next test instead it unholds the ph and redoes the test...forever.

The whole box and different items involved makes it seem difficult and intimidating to calibrate and use but it's not.
After a quick read through the short user manual it's actually pretty simple. Just fill the provided bottle with liquid and insert the probe, hold a button for a couple seconds then boom it's calibrated.
The calibration liquid can be reused 10 times as well. Very happy with my purchase to ensure ph is just right.
