Do not go by the photo. The Version 4 is for radios with an SMA connector (Baofeng, etc...). Understand that this does not come with an antenna nor an adapter. Google MAST V4 to understand what you are buying.
That said, overall I am happy with the product albeit it is very overpriced in my opinion. Quality is good and the antenna holder is exactly right (the primary reason I bought this was for the holder). If attaching to a Baofeng, you'll want to find a spacer as the SMA connector will leave a gap at the radio thus leaving 100% of the support on the radio connector (very bad if the radio takes trauma). I also purchased a Baofeng specific SMA-BNC adapter (provides correct support) and converted the radio side of the included extension cable to BNC for ease of handling.
