I purchased this bag after getting tired of having my pockets stuffed with all of the things I needed to carry. I purchased a very expensive leather bag that I was ultimately unhappy with after just a few days and returned it, and got this one from Egoelife instead.
After over a month of using it, I am much happier with this canvas bag than the heavy leather one. It's made out of great material for putting patches on to customize the bag to your personality! I ordered all the patches through Amazon too -- Planet Express, X-Men patch (I covered up the leather manufacturer patch with it), and a Starfleet patch I put on the side of the bag. Under the flap I've put a couple pins as well. Not quite 32 pieces of flair, but I like it.
As stated in the description and reviews, this is not a bag for carrying around heavy, expensive electronics other than a cell phone, a tablet, or a Nintendo Switch (in a case). This is a bag for carrying other stuff -- wallet, keys, umbrella, pens, etc. It's also small enough to get by most venue security screenings if they have size requirements.
Initially concerned with the velcro on the flap fearing attention whenever I had to fetch something out of my bag, it's actually very quiet. I may end up replacing it with some straps or snaps just for more security, but so far it's working great.
Other people have complained about the straps coming off after short usage, but I haven't had this problem. I imagine many of them were using the bag to transport heavy textbooks. Keep your bag contents light (also to prevent back and neck problems), and you won't have an issue.

I love this bag. It's the perfect size for my small laptop. It's durable and the stitching and zippers are of top quality. It has plenty of roomy pockets to hold my accessories.
It would have been five stars if it had 1) a padded pocket inside for a laptop and 2) a handle on top, so I didn't always have to use the shoulder strap to hold it. (I easily remedied the lack of padding with a separate padded sleeve for my laptop, which stays in the bag at all times.)
