We have a border collie that loves to chase a ball. This is the 2nd one of these we have bought. Had the other one long enough the rubber band finally gave out. We bought another one if that tell you anything. Had the first one a few years, always operated properly.

This is an excellent product for the price. We bought this ball launcher again, not because our first one broke - that one is still going strong - but because an elderly friend (who is in a wheelchair) saw ours and wanted one for her service dogs!
