Broke after 2 Times using it!

I ordered this $70 chair September 17, 2017. I'm a 140 pound woman who used it at 2 girls softball games. I noticed when I set it up today that the soft plastic piece that adjusts the reclining back is broken where the metal rivet attaches. I contacted the supplier, but they took no responsibility and referred us to contact Amazon, but our window for refund/return is past by 3 weeks. I Loved it before it broke! Waste of money and Poor customer service.

Mind blown. This terrace awesome. It holds up to be the same size as a regular folding chair. But when you unfold that you can prop your feet up like a boss. Absolutely love it. Definitely recommend it to friends and family. It seems to it be made of high quality material. Sturdy. And a light weight. It's everything you want in a chair.

This is a nice chair we used it outside while we had a fire pit going and it was very comfy easy to set up love the little pillow and drink holder! It's not that heavy but is lower to the ground and easy to store. Great for camping or just hanging out by a fire. It's water resistant and easy to clean holds a good amount of weight.

I TOOK THE CHAIR TO THE BEACH: WHEN I TRIED TO FOLD IT CLOSE TO REPACKAGE, IT LOCKED UP. I HAD TO TRANSPORT IT HOME IN THE EXTENDED POSITION. CLEANING UP AREAS WHERE PARTICLE OF SAND COULD LODGE AND SHIFTING OTHER LEGS, I FINALLY ABLE TO RETRACT IT AND REPACKAGE IT IN IT'S CARRY CASE.
POOR ENGINEERING - REDESIGN REQUIRED TO PREVENT LOCK-OVER-CENTER CONDITION WITH SLIDER STRUT (JUST UNDER ARM REST, BEHIND FRONT SUPPORT). LOOSEN UP ON SOME TIGHT TOLERANCES AROUND SLIDERS. RELOCATED SLIDERS.
