When I read the description of this product it said it came with a rechargeable lithium battery. I ordered it for the purpose of being able to not have to buy a ton of batteries and be able to charge it when I need to. Well when I received it, i was surprised to find that it did not have a rechargeable lithium battery. Just a usb chord and that is it.

I dont know , it works just like a regular mini fan plus its much more bulkier than one. At least with my mini fan its attached with a spray bottle, the Handy Cooler just blows air.

Can cool up to 30 degrees? Where did they test it, in Alatska during winter or something? I know it's a small device, so I wasn't expecting to cool whole room, oh no, but I can only feel wet not-so-cool air in my face that's placed right in front of my face. Waste of money, thank you very much.
