I've been looking for mustard powder larger than 3 ozs and this fits the bill. I tasted a dab of the powder when it arrived and thought, no taste, then after lingering on my tongue for a few seconds more I was hit with a beautiful dijon mustard flavor that was quite delightful! Looking forward to using it. One of my favorites is spreading it on it a london broil steak and cooking it via sous vide including some salt, pepper and garlic salt.... Hmmmmm!

Prime quality mustard powder. My dad has used to owne a grocery for 25 years, and he said this has been by far one of the best mustard powder. He made mustard sauce with it and it was killer potent authentic mustard flavor that you wouldn't get enough of. I highly recommend this for experienced cooks.

I have serious, system-wide health problems that require detox baths at least once per day. After falling in love with the Dr. Singha's mustard bath (available on Amazon ... buy the big one), I decided to supplement with a homemade formula, using similar ingredients. I can't give up the Dr. Singha's bath, but this way I cut the cost of using it a little. Be aware that there is a wide variation in essential oil quality. Try the best stuff, if you can, then experiment to compare. There are some small farms making excellent oils. Good luck.

We go through a lot of mustard powder, because we do frequent big BBQs (usually 3 or 4 dozen pork butts, sometimes over 60!) and my pet dry rub recipe requires it.
