I just received mine today. I'm 5'3, 138lbs. It's excellent quality but despite my hips being larger than 40 inches, it was too large even on the smallest setting. I have asked to exchange it for a medium.

I really like this girdle! I always wanted to waist train but since I am always on my feet (I work in retail) I feel like the latex ones are either too heavy in material and not breathable. I find that shaperqueen girdles are perfect since it is a more breathable product. plus it won't restrict my mobility! So far I have no negatives. Will buy more from shaperqueen in the future.

I purchased two of these waist cinchers in medium and large. The medium fits, but as I loose weight it may be too big. The large was too big for me so I will gift it to someone in need. The cincher is a very lightweight fabric and is very well constructed. It is important to me when using shape wear that I am able to breathe, not feel restricted, and can still move freely, and this cincher does just that. Once you put on your clothes you will notice that your waistline and stomach area have a smoother look, instead of bulges that you may be trying to conceal. When you order take your measurement and look at the size chart picture from Shaper Queen and not Amazon's size chart and then consider going one size down. When you first use the cincher you may use the notches to the far right, but as you loose inches and you will fasten the notches to the tightest row to the far left. The product is amazing and it works, and like I said before it doesn't feel like a typical uncomfortable, tight, corset girdle.

First, for fit perspective - I am 5'7" and wear a size 10. I had a baby a few months ago so I was excited to give this a try.
This item comes up about 3 inches under my bra line. So.... where does everything it's squishing go? Up... it goes up and creates a little roll on your back above the top and below the bra line. My recommendation for this product would be for someone maybe 5'5" ish.

Very cute, boy short design so no panty lines!
Good for under a thicker dress
CONS:
The clasps show through a form fitting dress.
To be fair, I've never tried a different waist trainer - so that may be standard.
