I'd give it 5 stars, but the packaging was loosely taped together and one of the screw/bolt pieces was missing. I found a replacement at the hardware store, but it's not exactly the same. Hoping it'll work out, so far so good. It's easy to put together, we haven't hung it yet, it comes with two O rings but no apparatus to hang from a tree (I guess it would work like it is on a swing set) so my husband is working on a solution. My daughters can't wait to try it!

While this wasn't too difficult to assemble, my only complaint is that the strings were far too long for our needs. The way it is designed, you have to work with all the stringed material, so in our case, we had to wrap it many times before tying it off.
Other than that, very comfortable for the kids and easy to rinse off for outdoor use.
