The finest salt

I was glad to get this salt. It is so fine and it sticks so much better to things. I use it to lightly salt things like unsalted nuts, seeds and french fries. My last shaker lasted for years so I vacuum sealed one for the distant future when I finally get to it.

I bought ths salt because it dissolves easier when making cakes as suggested from one recipe I was using for a specialty cake. I liked it so well that I use it all the time now for other dishes.

Fine texture salt sticks to popcorn kernals better.

This is a fine texture salt that I use for popcorn. It is a bit expensive thus the 4 star rating. Great saltfor my popcorn. I was not able to find this at my local grocery store. I did purchase another brand but it was not as fine as this salt.
