Not displeased enough to bother with a return but I do regret buying

Its much cheaper looking and feeling than the pictures but that's pretty common with any of these organizers. The wall construction is a bit sturdier than others I've seen but much flimsier than the product description would lead you to believe. Most of the stitching is pretty good except for both of the attachment points for the straps, which look very likely to tear as it slides around. The bottom is very slick so the straps are absolutely necessary to keep it from sliding around all over the place, a bit rougher of material could have made it more stable and put less stress on the strap attachment points. That's rather annoying but my biggest complaint is that the straps I received are not the ones shown in the pictures. For it being one of the main selling points and the reason I decided on this one over other organizers, this is very disappointing. The new straps have a very weak latching mechanism that looks easy to break, will pop open very easily, leaves you no option for neatly organizing the excess strap, and doesn't even really prevent the strap from slipping when latched down.

We have purchased a couple of these (different brands/not Drive Auto) to make transporting groceries into our house easier.
This Brand gave seemingly easier than the last competitor brand we owned... In the Space Age, you would think that they could design and manufacture a handle that does not break under relatively light loads.
Handles proved to be less strong than organizers made by competitors...

Rugged material seems to hold up well. Solid, fold-up floor panels work well, though I don't think the velcro patch to hold them down is necessary. Straps used to hold organizer in place: an excellent idea, attachment points on the organizer appear to be solidly attached and should last, adjusters don't seem to give a very positive "lock" on the strap, metal hooks rather than plastic are great, plastic hooks on the other end seem sturdy enough but are very stiff, I may end up replacing these straps with a couple of bungee cords.Exterior pockets are a nice touch. The two carrying handles are sturdy enough, but look like they are not attached very sturdily - I fully expect them to tear loose before long. I'd rather see these extend further down the side and attached like the D-rings used with the straps - more extensively stitched for the attachment. I wish the bag folded more flatly. I'm still not sure how it's supposed to be fully collapsed - it seems only one of the two compartments can be collapsed and secured at a time? How about a design that uses the holddown straps to wrap around and compress the entire organizer? Overall, I'm very satisfied with the bag and I'm anxious to see how it holds up over time.

I love this thing. It is super well made and fits A TON of stuff. I'm using it basically as an emergency kit. I was able to fit literally anything I need in the event of an emergency, including a change of clothes (with shoes), toiletries, a blanket, makeup, snacks, and I still have room to toss shopping bags in while I'm out so they don't roll around in my trunk.
