Beautiful tan, overpowering scent

This product provides a beautiful tan that looks natural and lasts several days - comparable to a $50 airbrush tan. It's a little tricky to work with - not bad, but could be difficult for anyone who isn't good at careful blending. And it's dark and fast, so if you don't wear gloves, scrub your palms vigorously and thoroughly. My only complaint is the scent. It's a persistent coconut explosion that gets into everything, and lingers even after showering. I followed instructions and left it on overnight, and it took two washings to get the smell out of my sheets. On the other hand, the color didn't rub off on sheets or clothing, which was good - and although it's obnoxiously coconutty, there is no gross self-tanner smell at all.

I love this product....I hate sitting in the sun...besides it's dangerous...a tan from a bottle is right up my alley...the color is tan, not orange..however, I'd like to know how to apply it on my feet so it will look natural....I can't seem to get the hang of it...I always have some darker areas on the toes and side of the feet...will keep practicing...my legs and arms look great

This self tanner really works!
Sometimes products don't work for me as they do for others so I was a bit skeptical that this would work as well as the other reviews indicated. I wasn't sure how much to apply so just put a little on the mitt (sold separately) and rubbed it in as indicated on the package. It had a nice coconut aroma as I rubbed it in. Then I let it dry and hoped for the best. As the day progressed, I noticed that my legs were getting some color in them. By that evening, the transformation was complete. I actually had tan legs!
I'm pretty happy with Tanceuticals. My only complaint is that the dark spots on my legs (old age spots? surely not!) are a little more pronounced. It's a small price to pay for tan legs.

This is a great product. I have used it twice this week and I have lovely tan look on my legs, especially. I've used it on my upper arms and shoulder to eliminate the trucker's tan I got from gardening in a t shirt. It blends almost seamlessly. If's a little sticky once it goes on but you give it a bit of time and then it's fine. The smell is great compared to the beginning days of "tanner odor". Overall I think it's the best tanner I've used and I recommend it. I absolutely suggest you get a mitt for applying it: There are a few on Amazon. And do apply it in circular motions. NO Streaks!!

I LOVE this self tanning product. Everyone says is looks so real, not a fake tan. I cannot be in the sun to sunbathe as I have pre cancerous cells. Tanceuticals lotion smells so good. I have used several different brands, this is by far the best.
