Broken zipper after just 2 days of minimal use

Even though the zipper broke the first day, which triggered my initial negative review, I still used the wallet for my 2 week trip to Europe. I found it to be extremely useful and a very convenient way to keep everything together in one place.
A rep for the company also contacted me via Amazon to see about replacing their defective product. I was pleasantly suprised of their follow through with getting me a new one at no additional cost. I know that every company has production issues, but it's what that company does to take care of the customer that counts. Thank you Sarah from Zero Grid.

Wanted to like it, but after only a couple of days the vertical zipper broke. This occurred the day before we are leaving for our overseas vacation. The extent of its use involved putting passports in the affected pocket, money and some small items in the others. Extremely disappointed.

I used the Zero Grid Neck Wallet while on an international trip. For the most part, it served my purpose, allowing me to store cash, credit cards, and my passport. I would have given 5 stars, but I think the design could have be just a bit better, if it was just about 1/2 taller. I used the longer horizontal zippered pocket to place US dollars, unfolded, as my target destination likes to have clean, crisp, unfolded bills during currency exchange. It was difficult to put bills in this pocket, having to tuck the bills under the upper fold of the zipper flap, with no room to spare. Also, I had a separate passport wallet, not much bigger than my passport itself. I had to remove the passport from that wallet in order to place it in the vertical zipper pocket. If there was an additional 1/2 inch in length, it may allow for storing the passport with the wallet.

I bought three of these as Christmas gifts, but not just for travelers. Two I bought for other purposes/uses. One for a teenager who frequents lots of concerts. I thought it'd be handy for her to have her important items in something like this rather than a purse or in her back pocket. The other I bought for my elderly mother-in-law who uses a walker or cane and is tethered to an oxygen tank as well. A purse is too bulky and when I take her to lunch or shopping, she brings along a cumbersome metal "box" in which she puts her credit cards, cash, key, etc. The thing is always popping open and is something else to carry. So this way she can put it over her shoulder, over or under her clothes, and have hands-free access for the most part.

Just got mine. Super fast delivery. The construction is top-notch. I did a lot of research before I bought it, and I think it's the best one. Three zip pockets in front, and a nice big mesh pocket in back that's made of very soft stretchy material. Has YKK zippers (the best). Stitching is perfect. Slim, not bulky. I especially like the neck strap, made of very soft material, can be made very long to fit cross-body. Also has a loop inside the back mesh pocket that you can put your belt through if you want a belt pouch (I'm going to use the loop for my keys). I got the "Ash" color and like it. I also purchased a very slim credit card holder with RIFD that fits neatly in any of the pockets - comes in many colors:

Cannot fit iphone 7 plus WITH case. I chose this wallet because it could fit an iphone 7 plus based on the back mesh pocket measurements.The rear mesh pocket's opening is about 1 inch less in width than the wallet (which is not mentioned in the description). I had to remove my iphone 7 plus' case in order for it to fit. This was kind of a bummer. If the pocket's opening was full size of the wallet, the iphone 7 plus in a case could easily fit. The neck strap could be a little more substantial/ more comfortable. I carried it over my collar all day with a phone, keys, and cards in it, and it was bothering the back of my neck. I imagine with a collarless shirt it would not be very comfortable. I did like the multiple zipper pockets on the front of the wallet. I was able to hold a set of car keys with 2 keys, a fob, and a small flashlight, gum, hair ties, and several credit cards, ids, and brochures. It fits a lot of items and the phone, so overall, it was a decent purchase.
