I use Sleepology for my grandfather, who has trouble sleeping at night and is minimally active, and he has had better results with this than any other OTC sleepaid, and we have tried many, including prescribed meds. The other sleepaids work but most would eventually build up in my grandfather's system to the point he oversleeps or takes naps throughout the day and night. Unlike most sleepaids, Sleepology does not depend on melatonin, which can have it's own effects, good or bad. I noticed almost immediayely thT Sleepology encourages better sleep, rather than make my grandfather feel drowsy, and my grandfather wakes up refreshed, although he does still tend to wake up a few times throughout the night. He has developed better sleeping patterns thanks to Sleepology. I have even tried it and have noticed I felt relaxed versus tired and could fall asleep easily when I decided to, not shortly after taking Sleepology. I highly recommend this product if you are having trouble sleeping. It has a very pleasant taste to it, it is homeopathic and for my grandfather and I, it works.

I don't doubt the usefulness of this for some or even many people. The one star is simply because it did not work for me, and I hasten to say no natural or herbal supplement has worked for me. I don't have much difficulty falling asleep, but I awaken frequently during the night. I need something designed to get me back to sleep on those nights when that is an issue. So far, I haven't found it.
If anyone knows of such a product, I'm willing, even eager, to try it.

Wow, I'm truly surprised by how well this works!

I always prefer to use natural, homeopathic, organic, and herbal remedies and products whenever possible, but they usually don't do much. This one surprised me. I've dealt with a few different sleep issues (trouble getting to sleep, waking up halfway through the night and not being able to get back to sleep quickly, waking multiple times throughout the night, feeling tired in the morning) and thought I'd give this a shot, thinking maybe it would help a little with one or two problems since it has several different herbal and homeopathic ingredients. the first night when I woke in the morning, I didn't feel like pressing the snooze button, which I do almost every morning, several times.

Ok, I though it was a fluke. Same thing next 3 mornings. I finally realized (admitted) that the product was helping me get BETTER REST. I started noticing that I was sleeping through for longer periods and waking less often in the night. The only thing I haven't seen much improvement from is in speed of getting to sleep, so I also take 5mg of Melatonin which helps.

Overall, I'm so happy with this natural, gentle, organic product and I'm loving the extra energy I'm experiencing from the better sleep quality it's giving me.

We have tried many things to help our child with ID and autism sleep through the night, from weighted blankets to lavender bedtime baths to room darkening shades and much more. At the suggestion of our pediatrician we began trying melatonin from several different brands in different forms and different strengths over the past year, but at some point all of them gave our child nightmares. We began trying herbal supplements without much effect until we found Sleepology... we've been using it for almost a week now and our child has slept until 5:30 or 6:00 every morning (which is really a bit of a miracle in our world). We will definitely continue to purchase this product and hope it continues to be as effective as it has started out to be.

I have long term insomnia issues and have tried many herbal and homeopathic products. This seems to be the best that I have tried and has helped me to sleep through a broken foot recovery as well as post-election horror. It has a subtle flavor and being chewable just makes it easy to take. I still combine it with a little liquid diphenhydramine on rougher nights but would recommend trying the product to anyone. I was also impressed with the purity of the product and the company's mission of benefiting children's health.
