Great Economical Bike

Owned the bike since May of 2019. The spokes started failing (heads popped off) after about 600-700 miles (on rear tire only), so I'm a little disappointed in their longevity. Spoke size is 2mm x 287 mm. Still using the original tires, though they are basically racing slicks at this point.
This is the best bike I've ever owned when it comes to riding without using hands, very steady and easy to lean steer; on longer commutes I like to ride no hands to prevent hand fatigue. Bike seat is comfortable to me, though I never ride further than about 25 miles in a day.
Rear shifter probably needs some adjustment, as it no longer clicks at exactly each gear, though it did for the first 400 miles. Rear cassette bearing came loose and lost the bearings at about mile 650. So that was a bummer. Replaced rear cassette with "DRIFT MANIAC E-Bike Freewheel 7 Speeds 11-28/11-34T Teeth EPOCH" (off Amazon). Brakes work are fine, though it is hard to brake quickly in an emergency situation if you aren't leaning all the way down with your hands down by the brake.
No problems with assembly. Went together very easily.

I want to share my experience with using this bike for almost a month now. I ride 5, 10, 20, 60 mile trips on this bike throughout the week. This bike will get you around but don't expect much more than a commuter, it's not a true road bike. Everything on this bike is weak/inferior but if you are willing to upgrade as you go then you can make it a decent bike. The paint job is pretty neat, and people comment on the color scheme daily. Get your bike checked out by a mechanic before you even think of riding. Wheels need to be tried and everything adjusted. Trust me on this it needs fine tuning past just being screwed together.
As others have said the tires are the first upgrade I did. The original tires can handle 85psi max. My new tires are up to 110psi. 700cX25 size. Huge difference. The ones that came on the bike are like plastic.
Next thing is if you plan long distance this bike needs a new seat. A narrower saddle to be exact.
The brake quick release broke right out of the box before I even mounted the wheel to the front. The manufacturer was quick to send me two new upgraded calipers with pads attatched. Another piece of advice, go online and register your bike for this reason. So that being said the customer service was easy and helpful immediately. I never called in but I emailed them with pictures. 24 hours later parts were in the mail.
The handlebars are wrapped very basic with cheap material so be prepared to rewrap them at some point. I havent seen many reviews that comment on the brake levers but man are these things barely accessible. They are not adjustable and you have to reach far out to grab them. It feels unsafe when you are flying downhill and need them to be a fingers length away.
The quick release seat and wheels are a nice feature on this bike. Easy to put in the car and get on/off the road quickly.
As far as top speed goes I think when you are peddling fastest the range is between 25-30mph.

I am not a bike expert but certainly a riding expert and my bikes are not just some trendy shiny toy, they are usually well made light weight urban bikes that are comfortable and help me get around with two kids on board with me. Public sent me out a bike that was fantastic! My expectations were exceeded and will be purchasing my second bike through them.
Easy enough

Easy enough to assemble yourself but I highly recommend getting this bike tuned by a professional even if it looks assembled correctly. My front wheel had a few loose spokes and all the bolts could use some grease. Otherwise, great bike for the price.
