Every fall/winter I go through hell trying to keep my lips from chapping and looking a mess. This is the first moisturizing balm I've used that ACTUALLY does anything! I am not sure what they do so differently, but it doesn't seem to just coat my lips in a thick protective layer of goop; it actually feels like it's actively moisturizing my dry lips in addition to providing protection.

Bonus points: seems fragrance-free, isn't thick/tacky, and lasts longer than I had anticipated. I apply this throughout the day and immediately after exfoliating my lips with a sugar scrub. Let's hope it keeps working as the winter goes on.

I used to use Nivea lip balm, and while it soothed my lips in the moment, they would become cracked and dry in between applications. I drink plenty of water, but due to naturally dry skin and the medications I take, my lips are very dry. However, my lips no longer crack and peel in between applications with this lip balm.
