Since I'd never tried Melatonin drops, I decided to go with half the recommended dosage...glad I did. I believe even that was too much for me. The next morning I had a headache. I then decided to take less and work my way into finding the right dosage for me. What I have also found is that this definitely helps me to fall asleep. What it doesn't do (at least the amount I take) is keep me asleep. I seem to wake up in the middle of the night, hence why I can only give it 4 stars and not 5. But overall it's a good product.

This is a FANTASTIC product. I found it when looking for an alcohol-free, liquid Melatonin. I like the liquid because I can control the dose - in our household we use about a tenth of the suggested dose. I had been using a different using a different liquid Melatonin which worked perfectly; however, it had alcohol in it which I wasn't crazy about. And, the taste was pretty medicinal. Benevolent has an almost undetectable taste, is free from alcohol, and allows you to choose the precise amount of Melatonin you wish to take. I am not one to recommend things lightly - this product I highly recommend!

I've taken melatonin on and off, for years.. I like liquids because I only need around .5 mgs to help me sleep. More would make me groggy all day. I like this liquid because it doesn't have a bunch of crazy ingredients, and the bottle should last a long time.

I've never used liquid melatonin before purchasing it from Benevolent Nourishment but will definitely buy some more. I have a 7 year old grandson who was having trouble falling asleep so the doctor told me to get him some melatonin. I didn't like the thought of having to drug him so I went searching for a totally natural "liquid" melatonin (he has problems swallowing pills) when I found the Benevolent Nourishment website. I ordered 1 bottle but wished I had ordered 3. My order arrived sooner than I was expecting and it worked so well on my grandson, my husband started using it. I will place another order. Thank you.
Good fast-acting melatonin supplement

Seems to be a good quality product and it does what it claims to do. It's liquid melatonin so it works more quickly than melatonin in pill form. I find it is especially good to take if I wake up unexpectedly in the middle of the night as I start to notice its effects in as little as 10 minutes. Again, no complaints at all, it's a good product that has worked well for me.
