As I write this review, I'm actually using this laptop charger to power my HP ENVY laptop. I purchased on Prime Day over a year ago as it was on a huge discount. As it was a brand I had not seen before I may not have purchased it if it was full price at the time simply for being wary of a new brand.

The package came with modular ends for every type of laptop on the market, from Dell to HP, Sony, Samsung, Toshiba, and many more. I use this charger as my travel charger for this HP laptop I'm on right now.

The only downside I have noticed is that the charger may not be supplying enough wattage that the laptop needs. Not because of a deficiency in the charger, but because the laptop is asking for more wattage than the charger can supply. I know this because the HP laptop prompts me every so often that I need to use an HP OEM charger meeting the laptop required wattage. However I dismiss the notification and continue using this one. It does charge the laptop, but slower.

I would caution buyers to make sure that this charger meets the wattage of whatever laptop you plan on using it for. In fact I use this charger mostly for working on various laptop models that I don't have chargers for. This comes in handy every single time.

Overall excellent product that I can't complain about!

I got tired of carrying 2 chargers around and got this one to replace both of them. For work I carry a 15" HP laptop and I also take my 13" Retina MacBook Pro with me. Between the two factory chargers they weighed 1 pound 5 oz (610) grams. I made an adapter cable for my Mac to use with this charger so now I'm down to only 12.6 oz / 355 grams. That's about half the weight to carry around and a lot less bulk. This charger is a little longer than my other two but it is half the thickness, and thickness is what is a pain to deal with in my bag.

This charger has a quality feel to it, and does a fine job of charging both my HP and my Mac laptops. It came well packaged with a lot of adapter plugs. The adapter plugs fit snug and secure in the charger cable so I don't anticipate them getting loose. The charger did not get hot charging either laptop. It uses a 2 prong A/C cable instead of a 3 prong plug, which I prefer for the smaller size and ability to use it with extension cords that don't have a ground plug. There'a a blue LED on the charger to indicate it has power.

For the low price this charger has exceeded my expectations and I really like the slim format. I'll write a follow up to this review if problems develop after time. I use my laptops a lot so it will get a good workout.

BTW, if you want to make an adapter cable to use with a Mac, look up something like "Mac Power Adapter DC Repair Cable". Solder a female adapter to the cable to match one of the male adapters from your charger, and that's it!

I don't usually write reviews mainly because I know that I won't be thorough enough and my opinion won't be a determinant on someone buying a product. At this point, I have more than a year with the product and can confidently say that won't have to buy another one unless something extraordinary happens. I bought different kinds of chargers for my laptop, the ones that were supposed to be the OE but they broke down within 4 months each. Give this product a try if it fits your laptop.

I needed a new cord for my work laptop and since I constantly have to have the whole setup with me, my backback is super heavy. So when my cord (European cord for which I also had to carry a converter) I saw it as a blessing.
The first word in my search for a new power cord was "˜LIGHT/PORTABLE' - this cord fits that discription perfectly!!
I did not even consider getting universal until search results came up. And then it hit me, so precisious, one cord to rule them all :). And I have a very diverse group:
I have a super duper HP Envy Touchscreen 17.3" (Super Great one with most power required), HP (As simple as it gets laptop), work HP (ProBook) and work Fujitsu put together by IT in Belgium (no clue where it ranks, but I am guessing closer to the worst Laptops produced).
If I read the description better, I would of picked the right tip for my HP right away. But I did not, I used M22 instead of M21, which worked for best and worst HPs (did not feel right for either) and not at all for the one that is in the middle (quality), but is the newest of the bunch.
For my work "laptop" the tip was ideal, fit like a glove from day one.
When I finally got curious and researched diff Watt requirements for HP laptops, right away I knew, I made a mistake on tip. Switched to M21 and voila.. Fit like glove, charge like it was fate for all 3 HPs.
Did I mention light and slim?
I have it now for over 6 months, I do not think it is fair to review until you have a history

I wish I would have bought this item FIRST. I decided to order this product this time around instead of the one that would just charge the specific laptop. Even though this product was about $10 or so more, I believe it is worth it because now I have the ability, capability and option to use this neat invention with more than one adapter for other electronics. What a cool invention..... Kudos to the the developer!!! It also seems very durable and it's simple to use. I keep the other little adapter pieces in the Ziploc bag in the small box the item came in with. Thank you, hats off to your invention and innovation. Also I'm like the size of the power box, it's nice and slim as well as the length of the cord seems to be just right
