When I first opened the headset, I was impressed with the quality. It installed very easily and appeared clean and professional. The problem came when I tried to use this while riding my motorcycle. It simply isn't loud enough. I can't have any sort of conversation even at max volume. If it were twice as loud, it would come closer to my expectations. Admittedly, my Harley has aftermarket pipes, and isn't quiet, but in testing, the volume on this headset can barely overcome wind noise. I'm disappointed.

It's amazing. The sound is perfect. You can hear your music even when riding rough. Only thing is if you have a loud bike, such as a racing bike, making calls can be pretty hard. But you can hear the person mostly. The distance is amazing, was about a more than a dozen yards from my friend who has it, and we can hear each other perfectly. The products "fully waterproof" is very true. Today I had a bad accident that caused me to crash into a full ditch bank. My helmet with the set was complete underwater. Later when we fixed everything, I turned it on and synced it with my friend, it worked perfectly, I think it even sounded better! Not saying you dump the headset into water, but it works and you won't have to worry about it getting soaked. Amazing little product.

So this headset has some issues that annoy me. the main one is that it has a 60/40 distribution of sound. to be more specific, i can hear the music better on my right ear then my left.
Another one is that when the headset turns on and off it makes a LOUD beep. it hurts to turn the headset on and off with the helmet on.
another one is the sound settings for the headset reset when you turn it on and off, so whatever sound level i had it at, it resets back to default. another problem is the default is LOUD, i always have to turn the headset on and turn it down before i even put my helmet on. which is annoying.
the most annoying part about my last 2 complaints is i have a few different headsets/speakers i use with my phone, and i have set them all up to be a specific sound level for when i turn them on to keep the sound bar on my phone at max. this way they are all symmetrical and share the same sound levels with each other. now i had to figure out a new level at which to keep the sound bar on my phone to pander to this helmet speaker set so it doesn't explode my ears each time i turn it on when i have the helmet on, and fix all my other headphones to match, its rather annoying. another annoying this is that the big yellow action button doesn't work all the time, and when it does work, it requires you pressing it at least twice for it to start working.
another thing is that it takes FOREVER to turn on and off, much longer then all other devices that i own, which is just weird.

the good things are that it was pretty straightforward to install.
the battery seems to last a while (though i barely use it for 20 mins a day and charged it once a week)
the forward and back buttons are big and easy to hit even through big gloves.
seems to be water proof through the rain that i drove in.
people say i sound fine when i talk to them, a little muffled but understandable.
and the price was good.

i just hope it lasts at least a year, i wasn't interested in spending upwards of 200 bucks for a headset, so i hoped this one was going to be better.

Had it for a couple of months. Right side speaker died after 2 weeks. After 2 months the mic died. Only left side speaker is currently working. Sound quality is terriable, cant even hear it when im on the highway even with the windjammer on my helmet.

works well. battery life is great.
sound quality is okay, wish it was louder, I like for my ear to bleed when listening to music 🤘
all in all awesome for the price.
