I did want a large cuff, but this one is just WAY too big, and extremely slippery fabric makes it hard to work with. I don't use it.

I was looking for a large cuff. This cuff is huge! Very difficult to put on due to the exceptionally length. The plug was not tight enough to maintain pressure. I added some tape to the plug to allow it to fit without blowing by at the fitting. I would not recommend this cuff.

This cuff is made for both children and adults who have smaller arm diameters, basically 7 to 9 inches. For small kids and most especially older adults, this cuff is excellent. Now, especially in the case of my Mother, we can get the most accurate blood pressure readings for her quickly and easily. It is made for Omron readers, which are highly rated, but might fit other brands, as well. Also, the price is very reasonable, less than expected, and the quality is professional grade. If you are going to do it, do it right. Combine this with an Omron reader, and you are using the brand many doctors rely on for quality and accuracy. They are also very easy to use, there is no "learning curve." I taught my Mother to use it in about five minutes. It now helps you to get professional quality readings quickly and easily. To me, that is a high bar for a vital part of medical care. If your doctor wants you to do readings at home, this is probably the same cuff that our doctor recommended highly. When I asked her for a medical supply house, she said, "I got mine at Amazon.com." That assured me of professional quality, a low-price and delivery in two or three days. By the way, a standard sized cuff will also fit, so that makes it even easier.

I was a little annoyed at first that the cuff was too small for my boyfriend's arm and I couldn't return the unit so I was forced to by an additional cuff. When the cuff came in I took the unit with me to my doctor to make sure the reading was accurate and it was on the money. I would've given it 5 stars if it came with both cuffs.

product seems really good, reason for 4 star review, the cuff was just not comfortable. It didnt work for me, but it was a durable cuff. and a good replacement at a great price. I have to tell you. customer service is great. this company reached out to me and solved my questions.
