I am genuinely impressed.
We had a 5-speaker(w sub) thing that had gotten more and more difficult - almost think it was too complicated to ever get it to even sound "ok" -
at any rate - on a whim I bought this speaker because the TV speakers just were awful.
I cranked it all the way up - I don't know if it's 40Watts or not - but if we have to have it maxed out there is probably an issue with our hearing.
It's a nice sounding, works perfectly with the optical cable hooked up - one tip - I have found if I use the optical hook up I can still use the TV sound also and no delay or weird echo.
I love to make purchases on here after reading reviews - pulling the trigger - even for $30- and then being completely happy with a purchase. Reviews are important and they impact my choices for sure.
At this price for such a great sound bar you want at all be disappointed.!!
The battery life is supper excellent mine last 8 hours plus depends on how loud you listen to it and such.
It's extremely easy to connect Bluetooth, dint even need to read the information before connecting to my iPhone.
If you are looking for a solid sound bar - with well rounded sound and able to fill a room - then this is a good one. I am completely pleased with my choice and happy to share the experience.

OK so I read the reviews before buying and most people bought it for their computers. Me I mainly got it for my bedroom TV for movies and such. The best thing about it is that it's so portable and easy to install I can simply pick it up and move it from bedroom to livinroom to office to PC, virtually anywhere, anytime I want quality sound.
It's 16" long X 2.5" tall, light weight and good looking. The volume control is a dial so adjusting the sound is no problem. Me I like my movies loud just not too loud and hubby, well, when he watches NASCAR he wants to hear those moter's roar. Football goes without saying, like everyone more volume. This little soundbar offers a quality sound with just enough volume without being over powering. My TV"s have USB ports so no extra power strip or cord needed. Hum, my parents are hard of hearing so I believe I'll get one for them as well.
The instructions translation could be grammatically better but it's just so simple I thing just about anyone can figure it out. After all I did:} LOL

This budget friendly soundbar sounds amazing. I've connected it to an iPhone, iPad, and MacBook Pro and it did not disappoint. The sound is crisp and balanced and sound exceptionally better than the product speakers alone. Equally important, it's very easy to connect. Plug the USB to a power source and the other cord to an audio source...that's it. There's no drivers to install; just plug and play.

I purchased an RCA connector and now use the speaker with my flatscreen TV. It sounds just as amazing connected to the TV the phone and iPad. It obviously doesn't have the same quality as the more expensive models but it fits my needs well.

This is a nice elegant looking item. It is easy for me to plug into my tv and play with. It is in my usb input and my volume output. It works perfectly. It is beautiful sitting on the top of a tv stand and if has a large sound output. The quality of the sound is great. It is pure sound. The sound bar also works with the notebook that I own. I simply plug it into the out Jack and the usb in and it works well. This is a fun thing for when you are watching a movie in the car or On a smaller screen. This is a wonderful product and it gives out ao much quality sound. I'm actually very impressed because I bought it for the play room and now I think I want it for my bedroom.

from reading previous reviews I expected pretty good sound but when I hooked it up and I like wow. It was for my wife's computer and I had to call her over and have her listen. She was also very impressed. The bass is great while not overpowering. Sound is clear and great. On her computer we had to turn the volume knob quite a bit to hear anything but there was still a lot of room - enough to make it definitely too loud - I didn't turn it all the way. I'm going to buy another for my computer and replace the desktop speakers I have now.
Also I was surprised at the quality of the stereo coming out of it. I use sound bars at work, cheap ones, but this gives you great stereo sound at least as a computer speaker!
