The 300 songs it comes with are all older public domain (copy-write expired I think) but most were good songs and fun to sing.

My daughter loves this thing. The only issue we have with it from time to time is the disc reader won't read the contents on the disc at times. We lightly tap the top of the disc door and it starts to work. I don't know if the laser just is out of whack at times, but it works and works pretty good. Sound is awesome actually. My daughter likes to watch movies on it too.

My mom, sister, little brother and I received this from my dad for a Christmas present, and we all enjoy and love singing and using it. It's really good that it has 2 microphones and a display to show the lyrics to the songs you don't know. We look forward to getting some more CD's to use with it.
